Subway in Munich

Delicious. I don't eat at Subway very often, but when I do, it's always worth it. The sandwiches are just so delicious.

I ordered a normal sub on delivery, a sub ONLY with sauce arrived. When I called the store, I received a rude answer and I was not offered a new sub. NEVER AGAIN!

Quite okay in between.

The broiler standards are horrific. Subway doesn't pay attention to the animals. As long as Subway doesn't switch to organic quality animal products, my family and friends won't buy anything anymore.

Staff and service are really great. Unfortunately, for months there has been a lack of vinegar and oil, as well as salt and pepper. Since then, I'm not really happy anymore, I go there less often and take fewer and fewer subs than usual

Hi there, I like to eat there, but last time at Subway, the women there gave me 10 leaf salads (10 are a lot) and 2 cucumbers, and a bit of Sose and that ... 7 euros ?! I eat with few ingredients, but I've never seen it as stingy as last time! It was in this location for the last time. Greetings

The subs are a bit bland without salt and pepper. Embarrassing that the owner doesn't want to offer this. Otherwise everything was great. Nice personel. Fresh goods.

ate the vegan part. Great, thanks for that. But the chicken probably still comes from poor husbandry conditions because Subway has still not joined the European broiler chicken initiative. Hence point deduction. Friendly service!

I got my sandwich today full of anticipation, beautifully renovated shop! ... unfortunately I was served by an employee who didn't want to serve the customer in a friendly way or maybe even to work at all ... Apparently, customers complained about this lady as you can read here! I guess a serious conversation is overdue ...

Never again. Absolutely unfriendly after saying that you have a voucher and you want something. This shop definitely doesn't see me anymore. There you should think about whether participating in the voucher book is the right way. In any case, the shop doesn't see me anymore !!!

I was there for the first time yesterday and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The branch was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. This is the 1 subway branch I know where you can simply say PERFECT! Everything was fine! Not to be compared with the one at Ostbahnhof and co. The subway with you is a different league ??

A catastrophe, canceled when ordering and left the shop, an appearance by the employee who was ready for the stage, done everything wrong what you can do wrong, grade 6 !!!!! Subway gladly?? but certainly not here .... ..

I just ordered a sub and cookies. It said it would be delivered in 20 minutes. I called and complained because it's been over an hour. The Subway team in Kreilerstraße just hung up and said nothing to me even though I spoke with a polite mouth. I want my money back and will never order or eat from you again.

That's how it has to work, fresh ingredients, friendly staff, no long waiting times. You the customer is king and you can feel that too. Simply world class.

Never experienced anything like this! The employee Martina was so rude and awkward that I even asked for your name! In order to mess up my sandwich, she deliberately hewed me an extra amount of onions and much too much sauce. The iced tea tasted of detergent, I think the beverage dispenser was not washed out properly after cleaning. All in all, I haven't been so dissatisfied with my sandwich in this subway for a long time. 2 stars only because the other employees were friendly and apologized for their colleague!

03.06.2020 between 9.30pm and 10pm The employee who works in your shop is really so rude that although I have been a customer for years I have to change shops because I can no longer accept how someone is paid for this outrageous behavior towards customers !!! Unfortunately, I had to experience this with this employee several times. I hope that she will be spoken to and that this will no longer continue

Worst subway in Munich . The fat lady wasn’t listening at all . The other guy was nice and friendly. Will go there again sans the rude fat lady :-)

As always, tastes very good and "fresh", just like at the other Subway branches. The restaurant was clean and the staff friendly. It is a shame that not all types of bread are in stock and the cookies at the checkout were no longer tasty / appealing. Quite apart from that, you shouldn't argue or discuss loudly in front of the customers (who have still eaten);) Just a tip ...

Probably the worst Subway experience. Thanks to the staff. Sunday work isn't fun, but eating on Sunday in this Subway is worse.

The ambiente is somehow not ... existent. The staff isn't the nicest (in comparison), but I made good experience the last two times I've been there. The food is ok, typically for a Subway restaurant.
